Yesterday, we celebrated the groundbreaking for Fred Anderson Toyota of Cape Coral in Florida. The 84,000-SF dealership features a two-story showroom, finance, consulting, and sales offices, a 47-bay service shop, customer lobby, and a parts department for retail and shop parts.

We gathered at the Palmetto Coast Industrial Park project site in North Myrtle Beach, SC to celebrate the incredible efforts of our trade partners, who have dedicated 18,800+ hours and poured over 7,000 yards of concrete to bring this 178,500-SF tilt-wall warehouse to life!

We're going vertical! The team at Mankiewicz Coatings Facility in Charleston, SC has been hard at work, erecting 76 tilt-wall panels to complete a pivotal milestone for this industrial project. Congrats to the team on reaching this exciting milestone!
