2025 was a defining year for @SeiNetwork. Sei Network was built to be the high performance home for digital asset markets, and the market validated that thesis across payments, RWAs, AI, gaming and so much more. Here are just a few of the great things that happened in 2025: In May @Sei_Labs introduced our vision for the future of Sei: the Sei Giga whitepaper. Giga will upgrade Sei Network to feature: > The first multi-proposer EVM architecture > 400ms finality > Targets of 5 gigagas/sec and 200k+ TPS SIP-3 passed, enabling the deprecation of the Cosmos components of Sei, consolidating our architecture and optimizing for a single high-performance execution layer. Sei became the #1 EVM chain by weekly Unique Active Wallets, flipping Polygon, Sui, and Aptos (according to @a16z). DEX volume exceeded $10B lifetime, with a $1.53B single-month ATH in July. Stablecoin supply surpassed $300M, with daily stablecoin volume peaking at $5.5B. Sei became a live settlement layer for regulated capital from: > BlackRock's ICS USD Liquidity Fund > Brevan Howard's Master Fund > Hamilton Lane's SCOPE Fund > Apollo's Diversified Credit Fund > Laser Digital's (Nomura) LCF Fund seictl launched, improving developer experience and making running @SeiNetwork nodes more reliable and intuitive. Binance became a validator on Sei Network, alongside Anchorage Digital and Kraken, reinforcing institutional-grade security and uptime. Native USDC and Circle CCTP launched, enabling compliant, high-velocity dollar settlement. PayPal’s PYUSD0 went live on Sei, extending Sei into mainstream global payments infrastructure. Major exchange integrations unlocked global access: > @RobinhoodApp (25M+ users) > Binance US, OKX, Binance Japan, OKX Japan > OSL (licensed Hong Kong exchange) > @Backpack wallet + exchange > @MetaMask added native Sei support, instantly exposing Sei to 100M+ wallet users. > @Kalshi integrated Sei, enabling regulated prediction markets with native SEI and USDC flows. Major new ecosystems developments took place: > @Morpho launched institutional-grade lending > @chainlink enabled 300+ data feeds > @etherscan launched Seiscan And lastly, Sei Network became the definitive blockchain for gaming: > The #1 gaming chain by Unique Active Wallets > 8.8M gaming wallets created by June > 14 separate games surpassed 100k active wallets > Capturing ~34% of Web3 gaming market, including @archerhunter_HQ, @MetaArenaGaming, @worldofdypians and @SeiBoundGame. Sapien Capital launched, a Sei-backed venture fund focused on science, data, and innovation. Expect 2026 to be even bigger.

Wow. Huge congratulations to the @RobinhoodApp team on listing $SEI. Feels surreal. Like I've come full circle. When I was working at Robinhood, @SeiNetwork was just an idea. Today Sei is one of the biggest blockchains. Crazy to think where it'll be in a few more years.
