A bunch of new road rules start on 1 October. They affect all road users. Not sure whether there's been any sort of public information campaign? @cjsbishop can you help?

Needs putting down - pure and simple.
Devin Brewington — the guy in those Albany street videos randomly beating people — got picked up Sunday afternoon. Released literally hours later!!! Seriously? If the law won’t hold him, citizen vigilantes are going to start stepping in.

Fun tweets between @realAnn_29 and myself. When presented with the facts she said: "You're NOT American. NOT your call. Now fk off.", then blocked me. Well, Anna "God Family Country", here's one for you, after Jeremiah 5:21: "There are none so blind as those who will not see."

Auckland is eating Welly's lunch, transport wise. But never fear, we have a cunning plan to remove our peak-hour express & peak-only buses from the central Wellington spine and stick them on the other side of a six-lane arterial road. Because walking is a public health good, eh?

It's nonsense to suggest that people who support Brexit and Reform are motivated by racism. And if you don't believe me, check out this perfectly reasonable tweet by prominent Reform member and former mayoral candidate, Arron Banks.

🚨 "more than 50% of drivers don’t view cyclists as fully human" This might be a problem if we're trying to eliminate traffic violence.

Currently watching the GWRC transport committee meeting (on video, delayed) on the proposed harbour quays bus corridor. The reports justifying this are more full of shit than Lyall Bay after a rainstorm. If GWRC approves this, they’ll have learnt nothing from Bustastrophe 2018.

And…They’ve approved the proposal. Of the five Wellington city constituency GWRC councillors, it appears that only Simon Woolf may have voted against this stupid scheme. One or two others including Penny Gaylor and Chris Burnnand appear to have voted against, and possibly others

If WCC doesn’t veto the proposal by refusing to allocate the bus lanes, I think there may be room for a judicial review or appeal to the ombudsman on the grounds of inaccurate, selective and subjective officer advice. Or maybe @cjsbishop Minister for Transport should intervene.

It is time to Seattle the debate about data centers being good or bad. Babylon Bee asked the unbiased AI to give a breakdown of data centers. Does this make you feel better about AI and data centers?

Rang a couple of firms today for a repair, and it transpired after listening to their chippy receptionists that I was talking to A1 virtual assistants. So thanks "Sarah" and "John" but you didn't follow up as you promised so I've gone elsewhere. "No worries."

LOL. Apparently Jesus has turned white, speaks english, takes babies and only “saves” white people.
If you haven't accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior, you will be one of them who are left behind.
