Having just barely missed a train and then seeing this literally makes me want to cry. No explanations online. No explanations on here. Just a canned recording saying trains are coming “about every 20 minutes until further notice” no respect for their customers.

In Buffalo, there is a ton small multi family housing. Duplex, four-pled, even an 8-unit building. Few have off-street parking. All share the street with one-family homes. It’s charming, efficient, and cost-effective. All cities should make conversions like this easy and cheap.
On my fourth light rail trip in Minneapolis and the second time someone is smoking (not cigarettes or weed) on the train. Disappointing, but I guess it’s reassuring Seattle isn’t the only place struggling with this

Why are Washington gas prices so high? Ask the oil industry. They collected 85.6 cents per gallon in profit from Washingtonians last year — one of the largest profit margins for gas sales in the whole country.

The Norton building is a slam dunk office to residential conversion. Maybe the best one in the city. Windows on all sides, the right proportions, great views. I'll PM it for free
