For what it's worth, here's an update on my efforts to get UPEI to provide internal documents related to the Rubin Thomlinson review. Initially the university said it would cost CBC $5,160 to receive the documents. I pared down my request. The new fee estimate is $660, BUT...

I’m conflicted. Yesterday someone in a company vehicle sped up to seemingly try to race me just as I was passing them on the highway. I never felt in danger but it’s still a dick move and dangerous. So I emailed the company about it. But now I kind of feel like a whiner. Ugh.
