I’m a lifelong fight fan, and had well over 100 backyard #boxing matches, but I had just enough official fights to have some hardware. Couple belts, couple trophies, a few medals. Not much, but for someone who was never built to compete in boxing, I’m proud of it. Sheer passion.

I totally support cancelling student loan debt for 45 million students because they canceled trillions in taxes for 600 billionaires.

Dick Tiger regained the world middleweight crown #OnThisDay in 1965 with a 15-round unanimous decision over Joey Giardello at Madison Square Garden in New York. A crowd of around 17,000 saw Tiger take the title back from the man who had dethroned him almost two years earlier. Tiger is pictured distorting Giardello's face with a crushing right hand in Round 3.

The President who got us out of the Great Depression was a Democrat.
The President who lifted 50% of kids out of poverty was a Democrat.
The only President to expand healthcare was a Democrat.
The only President in modern times that balanced the budget was a Democrat.
Republicans only get you wars and economic crises.
Fighters whose “accomplishments” were dismissed, as they were just corruption shills:
Johnny Saxton
Ernie Terrell
Sven Ottke
Wardley needs his chin to fight the way he does. Dubois has been knocked down many times, but it’s mostly taking a knee. That’s a heart issue, not a chin one. If he cures that, it’ll be hard for guys less than Usyk to handle him.
Wardley and Joyce learned that stopping Joseph Parker is a bad omen. About to get stopped twice by same fighter.

Reminder: On Fox News on July 19, 2020, Trump promised a “full and complete” health care plan “within two weeks.”
That was 2,272 days ago.
If you think he’s going to have a health care plan right after the midterms, you’re a fucking idiot.
I love watching Emmanuel Navarette fight, but given Foster’s history with promoters and officials trying to screw him, and Navarrette history with promoters and officials always helping him…. It’s pretty obvious who I’d like to see take that win.

If you think “8647” is a death threat but “let them take out LA and San Diego” is a joke, you’re in a cult.
Giving out belts instead of trophies as an amateur, makes every kid with nine fights wall look like they’re in the Hall of Fame as a professional. And I don’t think it’s a coincidence that fighters are willing to drop belts right after they win them as professionals.
Times you were sure a fighter would get a revenge win, but they didn’t:
Nate Campbell v Robbie Peden
Hearns vs Barkley
Rahman vs Maskaev
Breland vs Starling

After this "president" has dropped countless F-bombs, told his supporters to "cheat like hell," and said "we're gonna shove it up their ass," I don't want to hear ONE Republican hypocrite bitching about "decorum."
This jackass is a DISGRACE to the office.

If Republicans are worried about losing the midterms, have they considered just not being huge pieces of shit?
Fighters who should have relinquished and moved up in weight… but made one weight drained defense too many.

No greater way to avenge a loss than with a first round KO:
Louis vs Schmeling

R Jones vs Griffin
