this practice is absolutely insane. as a paying customer, you should not ALSO be obligated to have your name image or likeness used as marketing materials for any business, ever.
nobody will be more horrified by your boundaries than those who are committed to violating them. you can always be polite, but these people deserve zero meaningful space in your life.
