My articles are being cited by Google's Al search results, and several are ranking on the first page.
These are some of the strategies I adopted and still working on 🧵👇🏾
Create content → Post it → Wait for engagement → Repeat.
Mind you, this is someone's content strategy on LinkedIn. 😶🌫️
→ Pillars: Educational, promotional, or case study.
→ Messaging: Brand voice, or positioning.
→ Distribution: Social media, email marketing, SEO, or paid promotion.
→ Content calendar: Publishing schedule, frequency, campaign dates, and deadlines.

Cheers to those of us who tried writing a book when we were younger. 🥂😭✋🏿
I had the opportunity to write a pitch for a brand collaboration.
So, I thought it through and decided to show the difference between a CREATOR PITCH and a BRAND PITCH.
Below are 2 emails from different perspectives, but with the same goal: a successful collaboration.
FROM THE BRAND'S END
I introduced:
✅ The brand's credibility and customer base.
✅ What makes Rosa stand out as a creator.
✅ The opportunity: becoming a brand ambassador
✅ An invitation to prompt the next action.
Christabel talks about content strategy for brands so much, you'd think she went to business school 😂
A friend of mine was about to make a HUGE purchase on Instagram.
So he shared the brand's profile with me and asked what I thought about them.
In his words, he said: "I like their page, but I don't know if I can trust them."
Guess what my friend did next? 😭
But without strategic positioning, you're only leaving potential customers with question marks about whether they can trust you with their money.
And as a content strategist, this is one of the gaps I cover for brands. The trust gap.
“We need revenue” IS NOT THE JOB OF A CONTENT STRATEGIST.
When having consultations with founders, I notice this a lot and I must say, while revenue is very important to every business, it isn’t the direct responsibility of a content strategist.
So, what do we actually do? 🧵👇🏾
So although we may not directly bring in the revenue,
We create the INFLUENCE that gets your customers to see you, trust you, and choose you when they're ready to spend their money.
In a nutshell, what a content strategist does is to build the influence that gets you revenue.
