Tonight LeBron James and Mike Gansey return to Cleveland for the first time as Sixers. For some who were there for that now-viral photo of them as Northeast Ohio high-schoolers, it’s “surreal” to see them link again. inquirer.com/sixers/sixers-l…

Depression isn’t just feeling sad for a day or two it can be a deep, persistent heaviness that impacts your energy, motivation, and ability to enjoy the things you used to love. Anxiety isn’t just occasional worry; it’s a constant, overwhelming tension that can make even simple tasks feel impossible, filling your mind with spiraling thoughts and fears you can’t always explain. OCD isn’t simply being picky, clean, or organized it’s living with intrusive thoughts and the urgent need to perform rituals or routines to ease the intense discomfort they bring. These struggles are real, and they are valid. No one else has the right to minimize what you’re going through or compare it to their own experiences just to make themselves feel better. Mental health challenges are complex and deserve the same understanding and respect as any physical illness. Reach out for support, speak openly when you can, and remember that you are not alone in this journey. 💚❤️❤️ #MentalHealthAwareness #EndTheStigma #YouAreNotAlone #SupportAndHealing

Did you know that cyberbullying can affect the people who witness bullying, as well as the people being bullied? ❤️❤️ ☀️ The effects of cyberbullying can be devastating for the victims, which may cause them to experience sadness, anger, frustration, and humiliation. If they do not feel supported or if they do not feel that they have anyone to turn to, they may feel isolated. These feelings may cause victims to suffer academically, as they may be too embarrassed to go to school or participate in class. In some cases, the victims may even consider suicide. ☀️ Cyberbullying can also have adverse effects on those who witness it happening to someone else. Witnesses may feel scared, helpless, and sad. These feelings may cause them to have trouble sleeping and eating, which could lead them to experience anxiety and depression. ☀️ Cyberbullying can harm the online reputations of everyone involved, the person being bullied, as well as the person doing the bullying. ☀️Cyberbullying can be: 🔺️ Persistent – Digital devices offer the ability to immediately and continuously communicate 24 hours a day, so it can be difficult for children experiencing cyberbullying to find relief. 🔺 ️Permanent – Report information communicated electronically to have it removed. Otherwise, it is permanent and public. A negative online reputation, including for those who bully, can impact college admissions, employment, and other areas of life. 🔺️ Hard to Notice – Cyberbullying can be hard to recognize because teachers and parents may not overhear or see cyberbullying taking place. ☀️ We must educate ourselves so that we can become better prepared to support our children. 🔺️ CASEN (Collaborative Advancement for Social-Emotional Needs) helps empower parents with information and tools that they can use to have meaningful conversations with their children about bullying and social media. 🔺️ Please visit our website to see if CASEN is able to support you as you try to keep your child safe in person and online! May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to break the silence around mental health, share our stories, and remind each other we’re not alone. This isn’t just a campaign—it’s a call to be kind, to listen, and to hold space for one another. Your mental health matters. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, or just feeling overwhelmed, what you’re feeling is real, and it’s okay to not be okay. I know this because I’ve been there. I’ve had days when anxiety felt like a storm I couldn’t outrun, when self-doubt told me I wasn’t enough, and nights when worry kept me awake. Those small steps showed me I’m stronger than my darkest days. ❤️❤️❤️ If you’re struggling, I see you. You’re not weak; you’re human. yet The stigma often keeps us silent. Let’s change that. This month, I’m challenging us to: 1. Start the Conversation: Share your story or ask someone how they’re really doing. A simple “I’m here” can be a lifeline. 2. Care for Yourself: Self-care isn’t selfish. What’s one thing you can do for your mental health today? 3. Support Each Other: Show up for those who are struggling. Listen, offer resources, or advocate for better mental health care. To those fighting silent battles, you are stronger than you know. To those we’ve lost, your light lives on, and we’ll keep pushing for a world where everyone feels supported.❤️ Let’s make this May about courage and connection. Normalize therapy, mental health days, and asking for help. If you need support, reach out to a loved one or professional. Share this post, check in with yourself, or start a conversation. Together, we can make mental health a priority not just this month, but always. With all my heart, #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #BreakTheStigma #YouAreNotAlone 💚

🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️❤️ In the depths of my soul, I’ve battled the shadows of depression. It’s a silent storm that rages within, casting a veil of darkness over even the brightest moments. But amidst the struggle, I’ve learned that I am not defined by my depression. I am defined by my resilience, my courage, and my unwavering determination to find the light within the darkness. Each day is a step forward, a reminder that I am stronger than the whispers of despair. To anyone else fighting this battle, know that you are not alone. Reach out, seek support, and never underestimate the power of self-care and self-compassion. Together, we can break the stigma, shatter the silence, and find the journey towards healing. Check on your people. #MentalHealthMatters #BreakTheStigma #YouAreNotAlone

Living with anxiety and depression is exhausting it feels like no matter how much you try, the weight never fully lifts. I’ve had days where it feels like I’m drowning in my own thoughts, where even the simplest things feel impossible. But I also know that even on those days, I’m still here. And so are you. You’re not alone in this. Even when it feels like no one understands, I promise there are people who care. If you ever need to talk, I’m here. Keep going one step at a time.

Several of the top cardiologists analyzed the results and all came to the same conclusion - Commotio Cordis NFL, NFLPA, Bills, Damars own doctors. Everyone was extremely thorough and operated independently of each other Every test. Every evaluation. This guy = wrong
Joe Rogan just had on the top cardiologist in the world Dr. Peter McCullough who exposed that Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin’s near fatal collapse during an NFL game on Monday Night Football was from vaccine myocarditis and not from an injury from the tackle: MCCULLOUGH: “When you have a football helmet and there's a breastplate, there's no way that can precipitate a cardiac arrest. It's never happened in the history of pro football ever. So I knew it wasn't the tackle.” CONTEXT: McCullough insists the January 2, 2023 incident was a case of vaccine-related inflammation of the heart muscle. But there's a MAJOR problem with that explanation. On April 18, 2023, Hamlin publicly announced that his doctors had diagnosed him with COMMOTIO CORDIS. That's an extremely rare but well-documented condition in which a sudden blow to the chest strikes at PRECISELY THE WRONG MOMENT in the heartbeat's electrical cycle. The impact can trigger ventricular fibrillation, a potentially fatal abnormal heart rhythm that causes the heart to stop pumping blood effectively. And here's where the medical evidence becomes especially interesting. McCullough argues that Hamlin's football equipment should have made such an event impossible. But according to a 2024 expert consensus statement from the HEART RHYTHM SOCIETY, chest protectors were present in approximately ONE-THIRD of documented commotio cordis cases occurring during competitive sports. Researchers have even documented cases in which an impact passed THROUGH protective equipment positioned over the heart. In other words, chest protection can reduce the danger, but it does NOT eliminate the possibility of commotio cordis. And this isn't merely a diagnosis that Hamlin mentioned once in 2023. IMPORTANT NOTES: In a 2026 interview with TIME, Hamlin continued discussing his remarkable recovery from the condition, which nearly killed him on national television. There's another important distinction. The CDC acknowledges that myocarditis is a RARE but documented adverse effect of certain COVID vaccines, particularly among adolescent and young adult males. But that DOES NOT establish that vaccine-related myocarditis caused Hamlin's cardiac arrest. His vaccination status has not been publicly confirmed in the evidence reviewed, and McCullough provides no verified medical evidence that Hamlin suffered vaccine-induced myocarditis. McCullough also speculates that Hamlin may have received a treatment protocol he promotes, despite providing no evidence that Hamlin ever underwent that treatment. Meanwhile, Hamlin's survival has helped bring national attention to something with an established record of saving lives: IMMEDIATE CPR AND DEFIBRILLATION. Doctors and emergency personnel performed CPR and used a defibrillator after Hamlin collapsed, helping save his life. The Buffalo Bills safety eventually made an extraordinary return to professional football. So the controversy comes down to TWO competing explanations: McCullough says the chest impact couldn't have caused the arrest and insists vaccine myocarditis was responsible. Hamlin says his own doctors diagnosed a rare cardiac event CAUSED BY A BLOW TO THE CHEST.

Try this for the rest of the week: stop saying “I can’t.”
Every time it slips out, swap it for “I haven’t yet.”
Sounds small. It isn’t.
“I can’t” slams the door shut.
“I haven’t yet” leaves it open just wide enough to walk through.
Your words build the walls you live inside.
Build yours with windows. #Thoughts #GrowthMindset #PositiveMindset #Motivation
