NBC is saying that due to “late arriving mail-in votes arriving up to a week later or longer,” Republican Gov. candidate Steve Hilton could lose to Democrat Tom Steyer, who is in 3rd place now and 300k votes behind, effectively wiping out any chance for a Republican candidate to run for Governor this November.

Judges in Australia's largest state have been told to give special treatment to aboriginals and Muslims in court.
New guidelines tell judges to consider hearing cases involving indigenous people in a closed court or before a female, and to try and “divert” them away from prison.
Critics say the guidelines introduce inequality before the law and create a two-tier justice system.
