BREAKING: Travis Jackson, a 36-year-old black man from Dayton, Ohio has just been charged with two counts of murder and two counts of felonious assault and he shot and killed 22-year-old lawn care worker, Tanner Staggs, after a dispute over debris in his lawn yesterday. Tragic.
