#Diversity is not a luxury, it’s a necessity. It brings a wealth of innovation to teams and huge growth for businesses Any leader or business that gives it a back seat will get left behind.
A woman at another big tech company (that I won’t name) told me a male leader responded to a question on diversity goals with “diversity is a luxury, right now we need to focus on people who can do the job” A lot to unpack there, & an unsurprising view we knew many had all along.
