Media in Scotland never alert Scots to three facts re. drug abuse: 1. Many of the drug deaths are poverty related & can be traced back to the Thatcher years. 2. English County Lines drug gangs are flooding Scotland with drugs. 3. Drugs abuse is a matter 'reserved' to Westminster.

Our previous investigation established beyond doubt that the chanceries of Europe documented the 1707 annexation of Scotland not as an equal, voluntary union, but as a coerced statutory annexation executed under siege, military threat followed by invasion and occupation, and bribery. Today, we plunge straight into the sovereign diplomatic vaults of Europe’s premier continental power to deliver the ultimate evidentiary hammer blow. In France Holds the File, we demonstrate that the French state tracked, rejected, and recorded Scotland’s illegal annexation at the absolute summit of its executive apparatus; personally inscribed by King Louis XIV, debated in the inner sanctum of the Council of State at Marly, and systematically preserved across an unbroken diplomatic series until today. This is neither speculative folklore nor a buried secret. The modern French Republic verified, printed, and published this exact file to the world under General de Gaulle in 1965 through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the CNRS. Because France; a permanent, veto-wielding member of the United Nations Security Council; held and holds contemporary sovereign knowledge of this coercive annexation, it cannot plead the standard imperial defence of ignorance. Under peremptory norms of general international law (jus cogens), the inescapable duty of non-recognition and the strict obligation to withhold aid or assistance from an unlawful territorial occupation attach directly to the French Republic today as an erga omnes duty owed to the international community. The cover story of 1707 is obliterated. France holds the receipts and published the proof. The international law of decolonisation and state resumption has arrived at Westminster's door.
France Holds the File: A Permanent Member of the UN Security Council Documented Scotland's Annexation in Its Own State Archive & Proved There Was No Voluntary Union. France Published the Proof Itself Under De Gaulle. Its Erga Omnes Obligations Apply. decolonise.scot/france-holds…

Absolutely fascinating. Colonialists buried the history of every civilisation they invaded, plundered and occupied. Not one of us was allowed to learn real Scottish history. Ancient records sent to American universities (according to my tutors at the School of Scottish Studies.) Welsh? Irish? The nations of N. America became ‘tribes’, their cities bulldozed, records destroyed. The Africans from whom Western ‘civilisation’ developed had ‘no history’ and the Egyptian civilisation was turned into a kind of hybrid European creation based on the installed regime of the Ptolemaic dynasty. Always, always the coloniser rewrites their crime as the civilisation of a primitive people. Always.
The Nile is not a border. This is the simplest version of the argument and also the one that should require the least explanation. The Nile flows from the interior of Africa northward to the Mediterranean. The civilizations along its length were in constant contact, trading, fighting, exchanging people and ideas and religious concepts and agricultural techniques across what was not a separation but a connection. The civilization of ancient Egypt did not emerge in isolation. It emerged in relationship with the Nubian civilizations to its south, some of whose cultures predated the unification of Egypt, which contributed to and drew from Egyptian culture across millennia. The kings of Kush would eventually rule Egypt as its 25th Dynasty. And across the centuries that followed, Kushite civilization would leave behind something that still surprises people today. More pyramids. In what is now Sudan. Built by the civilization that the Western imagination has most completely erased. There are more ancient pyramids in Sudan than in Egypt. Most people reading that sentence right now are encountering it for the first time. That is not because the information is obscure. It is because the information does not fit a story that someone needed to be true. And the information that does not fit the story does not make it into the classroom.

If Scots had voted Yes to their country in 2014, we would have had no Johnston, no Sunak, no Brexit and no Tory/Labour Austerity. We'd be at the heart of Europe, governing ourselves, an energy powerhouse, attracting jobs and businesses and growing public services #Independence 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
Labour back the Tories most damaging policy in Brexit and continue to suggest it’s to Tories fault. It’s dishonest politics that puts their party and their electoral success ahead of the economic interests of the UK.

Recognise this, fellow Scots - Welsh, Irish? This is why we must go beyond the independence of a state to the liberation of a people, a nation and our own minds.
They taught the colonized child to see the world through the colonizer’s eyes. And then, when the colonized child grew up and looked through those eyes and saw themselves... They saw what the colonizer saw. "Backward." "Primitive." "In need of development." Behind on a timeline whose destination was someone else’s present. This is the wound that outlasts the empire. The guns go. The administrators go. The flags come down. But the curriculum stays in the mind. The habit of measuring yourself against a standard that was designed without you. The reflex of looking at your own culture and asking, involuntarily, what the colonizer would think of it. The deep, persistent, half-conscious belief that modernity is something you are still catching up to rather than something you were always building in your own way. This is why independence was necessary but not sufficient. You can remove the occupier without removing the occupation of the mind. Decolonizing the curriculum was not a symbolic act. It was the harder and more fundamental liberation. The liberation of the internal landscape. The recovery of the right to know what you knew before they told you it didn’t count.

You mean the English East India Company of the English empire which was fully applying English law? Everything you say as an English colonial propaganda account just confirms Scotland's an English colony. Your English colonial lies are being exposed globally.

I would argue that Israeli soldiers are a legitimate target for the occupied Palestinian people, anywhere and at any time. Some would disagree. But Israeli soldiers on duty in the West Bank are a legitimate target beyond any legal doubt. Don't believe old media.

And the treaty that was forced and unlawful to begin with was left inoperative. That means the U.K. has no basis for its partnership claim whether forced and unlawful in Scots law to begin with (it was) or ‘voluntary’. The UK’s diplomatic credentials based on the claim to be constituted on a treaty and ratifying acts, are fraudulent. It is this which both locates Scotland as an annexed and occupied territory (nation), a state in abeyance but not dissolved in international law, and legitimises recalling the Convention of Estates.

The English colonial state dares to talk about international law when Scotland is under English colonisation & annexation. Annexation is a supreme crime in international law. The English colonial state has lied to the international community about a "voluntary union". All of Europe knew it was annexation. Fully documented. The English colonial state must leave Scottish territory and stop extracting Scotland and oppressing Scots, violating their human rights. Scotland's decolonization to restore the sovereign state of Scotland has started. Scotland is already named as an English colony in the UN record. The English colonial state must end its illegal occupation.
All of Europe Knew About Scotland’s Annexation and that 1707 Was No Voluntary Union. European states documented Scotland’s annexation by the English colonial state. The diplomatic evidence is overwhelming. decolonise.scot/all-of-europ…
