🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 9: THE BIG PICTURE 🚨 Sunday is a day of rest. Today I took a step back and asked, "where is all this money coming from?" I'm too tired to type an actual summary. TL;DR: billions have been invested in restructuring American governance since Trump was elected. Many have warned of a color revolution because they saw the civil society apparatus (aka, having millions of people on standby to break stuff) being built in real time. What makes 2026 different is that it's the first time we know of that we found an operational, short-term plan to actually do a coup. Everything we've covered has been from the R2T NGO, which serves as a recording/coordinating platform of sorts for several key NGOs including the one consisting of 300 ex-USAID employees, RAD. It's well documented in several previous drops that RAD has a tight relationship with the "Blocking" lane, now unified under the United Democracy Alliance (UDA) umbrella led by Horizons Project. I researched the "big picture" of how UDA relates to bigger players, so to speak. This sets up the stage for later, much more consequential drops. I think the video covers it pretty well...

🚨🚨 THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 7: THE SECRET MEGA-ALLIANCE WAITING FOR A RED LINE TO BE CROSSED 🚨 What do you call a mega-alliance that: • Covers hundreds, if not thousands, of protest organizations • Covers all the lawfare-related organizations • Liasions with governors when a Constitutional crisis is crossed • Consults federal workers on how to block emergency efforts • Runs a situation room for the midterms and beyond • Is credited to regime change expert and professor Erica Chenoweth • Is operationalized by National Security Leaders for America, an organization of 1,600 retired officers, spies, and diplomats • ... and determines the "red lines" for mobilization of the above? Meet the United Democracy Alliance (UDA). UDA is the secret alliance behind the messaging we saw this week: • JB Pritzker's warning that states will "strongly resist" • Governor Newsom's office declaring a "CODE RED" • Norm Eisen talking about "war rooms" • Slotkin predicting a "national security incident" You will not find any mentions of the United Democracy Alliance (UDA) on the web. It is a mega-alliance of resistance NGOs ready to deploy on a moment's notice, monitoring every action President Trump takes and monitoring every polling place. We only can put together the pieces by recordings. Some key quotes: • "if there's a moment where there's a constitutional crisis, like one of the UDA four red lines, if they get crossed… governors then become the kind of lead anchor for political power." (Zeitz, Aug 6) • "the big, big, big, big, big tent that's being organized in the blocking community so that if there is a red line crossed in terms of a constitutional crisis, like, everybody's already pre-organized." (Reiff, Aug 5) • "We are also starting to consult federal workers on how to do some blocking inside the govt agencies during emergency situations" (Eric Manton, Zoom chat, Aug 6) According to @JeffClarkUS , the last point above about federal workers conspiring to block emergency responses may violate serious statutes. More on federal workers involvement in Drop 8. Compilation of recordings below:

Vermont: UVM assessment data is valid yet it makes its own judgment call and a leap of interpretation " not a climate refuge. This UVM / VPR article is not peer-reviewed prior to the below release, and there is no mention of the globally published and admitted biases and the “hot model” issues in IPCC/CMIP6 ensembles of the "cimatechange story. UVM and VPR assessmen is practical in combining solid local weather station observations (NOAA/NWS COOP data ) that showed roughly 3.6°F warming and wetter conditions since 1900 and then, its own interpretive overlay about vulnerability, aging infrastructure, and “climate whiplash.” The “not a climate refuge” claim adds judgment by mixing those trends with the Earth's recent lived weather extremes ( VT's drought/floods) and with local factors like rural geography and aging infrastructure. I tend to treat the observations as more solid and the climate crisis we need to escape as refuge framing as an opinion that is not peer reviewed. Vermont is home to many people and species despite weather changes.
Climate change is accelerating by the decade in Vermont, and the state is not the climate refuge it has long been considered, University of Vermont researchers now say. Read more: vermontpublic.org/local-news…

Montpelier, Vt. – October 22, 2026 Vermont Senate Republicans Condemn Dishonest Attack by Vermont Democrats MONTPELIER, Vt. — Vermonters deserve a political conversation focused on Vermont, not labels imported from Washington. In a recent mailer that cost over $70,000, the Vermont Democratic Party characterized Republican candidates for the Vermont Senate as “MAGA Trump hardliners” because we disagree with them on issues facing our state. That's disappointing, but more importantly, it avoids the serious debate Vermonters deserve. Our candidates aren't running to represent Washington Republicans or national political movements. They are running to represent the people of Vermont and directly address affordability, public safety, healthcare, housing, and the revitalization of rural Vermont. We believe Vermont has become too expensive for working families, young people, and seniors. We believe property taxes and education spending need to be brought under control. We believe we need more housing, stronger communities, a growing economy, and state government that respects taxpayers and local voices. We have articulated these beliefs in a comprehensive policy proposal: the Vermont Promise. These positions don't make someone an extremist. They reflect concerns we hear from Vermonters every day. We will continue to disagree with our Democratic colleagues when we believe they're taking Vermont in the wrong direction. And we'll work with them when doing so produces better results for Vermonters. That's how Vermont politics should work. We aren't interested in bringing Washington's politics of division to Montpelier. We are interested in making Vermont more affordable, more sustainable, and a place where the next generation can afford to stay and build a life. Voters shouldn't have to choose between partisan labels. They should be able to compare our records, our ideas, and our vision for Vermont. We're confident in that comparison. We hope our Democratic colleagues will join us in condemning these D.C. style attacks. ## -------------------- Sen. Scott Beck Senate Republican Leader @ingalls_russell @PhilScott4VT @GovPhilScott @VTSenateGOP @rproperiii

🚨DataRepublican @DataRepublican just confirmed the quiet part out loud: Illinois Governor JB Pritzker @GovPritzker is explicitly named in the videos as one of only two governors willing to green-light the “illegitimacy memo”—a playbook for declaring a duly elected President illegitimate after the midterms so Democrat governors can claim they are the only legitimate U.S. authority. This isn’t abstract “resistance.” NSL4A (the retired military and national security officials operationalizing the plan) and Pritzker’s own Governors Safeguarding Democracy group have been working the same sequence of redlines, including treating lawful federal pushback against coordinated protests as proof of illegitimacy. Add the funding layer—his sister’s role in the Democracy Funders Network—and the coordination stops looking coincidental. Imported regime-change tactics, billionaire governors, and ex-military networks drafting the conditions under which states nullify federal authority: that is the actual document trail. DataRepublican has the receipts.🔥
Yes, he is. 1. The videos explicitly name the Illinois governor as one of the two that were willing to buy into the illegitimacy memo. 2. He’s co-chair of Governors Safeguarding Democracy which apparently liked the memo and presentation. 3. I believe Democracy Funders Network is involved in a lot of the funding and his sister chairs that.

Vermont Sugaring Go ! : Bradford VT's Journal Opinion reports " "The head of Quebec's maple syrup producers' association says the province's strategic syrup reserve has run dry amid high demand for the product," reported CBC and other media outlets.  The surging demand is coming mostly from international consumers.  The producers association highlighted the depleted reserves to call for more provincial investment to boost production, reported the Montreal Gazette. One industry representative told the Gazette that exports have increased by an average of 8% per year over the last 10 years. The majority of the province's maple syrup exports go to the United States. But over the last 20 years, the figure has declined from 80% to 65%. "We’ve made significant progress in diversifying our markets in recent years," a Quebec official told the CBC."
