Incidentally, the subsidized P3 model already exists in the form of traditional Bikeshare - 🛴are just way more popular and easy to use as evidenced by #NACTO recent reports... #clevrmobility is designed for just this purpose!
Considering that almost all transportation is subsidized and that 🛴 have shown incredible 🚘 alternative adoption, cities should:
-Rethink caps
-Expand 🛴🚲 infrastructure
-Consider subsidies to help w/ micromobility's viability
