Celebrating 12k kills on my first main and the reason i got into apex! I love apex no matter how poorly i think of some of the updates nowadays.
Biggest thing im taking away from this is appreciate what you have and remember to direct your anger to whos responsible for ruining the game. Devs get so much praise from everyone i see that has actually met them and again its always EA thats responsible for holding them back
Taking a break from Apex Legends has opened my eyes to a few things…
1. The majority of creators are fed up, bored and are constantly speaking negatively of the game. Apex offers no actual opportunities for creators to create consistent income which also pushes them away.
2. The community for Apex is beyond terrible. I’ve never seen a community so relentless in hating on their favorite game yet continue to load it up every single day and play anyways. (you DON’T have to play a game you don’t like btw)
3. Apex Legends will die having been a “What could have been” . Now, i’ll applaud their continued success after 7 years but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a game stray so far from what popularized it and betray it’s dedicated community. Apex was meant to be a competitive movement shooter but devolved overtime to appeasing to a brain-dead input for the sake of a bigger audience. Why is it you can name several insane MnK players who switched to Controller but none that did the opposite?
Apex trailers and events used to have so much passion, lore, and time that went into developing the stories. Just look at the Revenant trailer compared to the slop we get now (not to mention they release a fraction of new legends per year as they used to).
From someone who was with Apex Legends from day 1, the game went from a passion project with heart and soul to a casual based BR that tries to milk the community for as much money as possible with the least amount of effort. Which is truly heart-breaking considering I’ve met several devs who GENUINELY care about the game and try their best to make the game good, but their ideas get blocked from higher-ups.
Gonna be putting so much work into myself for next year. Pred grinding, better confidence, better mindset.
This isnt even apex anymore im just play Overwatch but BR version.

• Explosive damage resistance added to base kit
TACTICAL:
• Knuckle Jumper added to base kit
ULTIMATE:
• Faster deployment
• More effective at close range
• Mini-bombs explode faster
• Reduced damage falloff
PERKS:
• New Big Bang: Larger Knuckle Cluster explosions
• New Sticky Bomb: Knuckle Cluster sticks to enemies + Tactical cooldown reduction
• Reignition moved → Level 2
• Wreckless & Knuckle Jumper removed as perks.
Honestly its really cool seeing so many ex- cc players in PL now AND their performing pretty well. @Misterosey i better see you at vegas bro!
Crypto WAS one of the hardest characters to learn but they have buffed him into oblivion so now anyone can play him and do well. The problem isnt that he's a troll pick (1 of the strongest legends rn) its that he is boring to play. Playing crypto correct is playing apex wrong.
