Don't forget this Friday it's the return of the DonFaster 5k! This time we're running under the lights and it promises to be a much cooler affair than the first race! danumharriers.co.uk/donfaste…
It’s less than 2 weeks now to our first race - the “DonFaster 5k”! We hope to see lots of new and old faces there for what should be a cracking event. The cycle track is flat and fast, and the course is UKA measured and certified so those PBs will count!

Tuesday’s interval set will be 12 * (45 seconds, off 60 recovery).
Things will be slightly different for Thursday - just 3 groups and the route is going to be M2R as so many are doing Manchester and London. See the website for the full details! danumharriers.co.uk.
Hi all, here's the details for this week!
On Tuesday Mick is taking the social again (he says it’s between 6 and 6 1/2 miles), and the Rail College session is 20 x (1 min, off 1 min), at ~5K pace (marginally quicker for quicker groups.)
Thursday’s route is R9R.
