I purchased my house for $599k in 2018 for retirement. This is absolutely unsustainable. In 8 years Oregon has more than doubled my assessed value, taxing me on the already taxed money I used to renovate my home. Assessed values are supposed to be capped at 3% per year. This is robbery. Fuck this socialist governance, we cannot afford pay for those who invade to steal our resources. I hate it here. Please, I beg you. Vote for change, and remove @TinaKotek from office.

Janelle Bynum voted against protecting our kids.
During the 2023 Oregon legislative session, four bipartisan bills came up for a vote to strengthen school security.
HB 3101: Classroom panic alerts
HB 2223: Armed school resource officers
HB 3261: Secure school entrances
HB 3350: School security improvements
Janelle Bynum voted no on all four bills and sadly they did not pass.

🚨 BREAKING: Oregon's governor race is suddenly a dead heat, and Tina Kotek should be terrified.
Kotek is bragging about "real measurable progress" on homelessness. Per Laura Ingraham, the homeless population has spiked 35% in two years, and roughly two thirds of tested students aren't proficient in math.
Republican Christine Drazan isn't letting her spin it: "She took a top 20 economy... and she drop kicked it into the bottom 8 in four years."
Drazan says Oregon lost 25,000 jobs in a single year.
That's what Kotek calls progress.

My friend, a special education teacher in our school district, came over last night. Our boys are best friends. She showed me the scratches and scabs on her arms from one of her students, the same student who tried to choke her earlier this week. She’s exhausted and doing her best to hang in there, but it’s a daily nightmare.
This is completely unacceptable. What are we doing? Why is a student this violent even allowed in a classroom setting? He needs intensive rehabilitation that classroom teachers are not trained or equipped to provide. And if there’s no real intervention, are we just waiting for the next Griffin J. John II?

Kaylub Giamanco is an American hero.
A father of two, a concealed carry permit holder, and a man who ran toward danger to protect innocent children when every second mattered.
His courage reminds us why the right of law-abiding citizens to carry a firearm is so important. When evil strikes, a good person prepared to act can save lives.
We mourn the innocent lives lost in Bend, and we honor this father's extraordinary courage.
