Fcancer! A solid day in my drive to stay alive. 22 miles on the bike and 2 miles on foot. It was so foggy this AM I could barely see the cows. Good to take the day off the bike yesterday- all of the titanium in my body was grateful. I have walked or ridden the bike, or attended PT every day for 3 years since I stopped using a wheelchair. Thankful. Hammer 🔨 down cancer!
