We are looking for games this season on the dates listed below, we will play ANYONE, ANYWHERE, home or away, if you need a game for one of those dates, please dm us @CoachJdubSFA or @CoachMessay ASAP!!
Love the technique of removing the loaded weight from the rack and then proceeding to perform the lift in its entirety. Great way to build explosiveness and also preventing injury to the lower back.

Congratulations to apprentice James Adams on the first win of his riding career!
His reward? A warm reception from the fans by the paddock, and a not-so-warm reception from the Charles Town jockey colony 😂

If your a college coach looking for a kicker look no further. Not many kickers are willing to play TE and OLB he has that want to. In the weightroom he will be pound for pound one of your strongest. In the classroom he will be your best. Great character! @Declan_hall10
Had a good session this morning working with @HedgesvilleF @declan_hall10 for the first time. A nice 🏈 from 50 here!

Congrats to @nolimittsean on committing to Bluefield State to play football. Everyone has a story and you wouldn't believe his if heard it. He signed with all his FAMILY present!! It's bigger than football here.
