So many unqualified HC’s popping up lately. Have vision and LEAD your program. You may have grip of the rope but that doesn’t mean you are leading. #visionasaleader
Coaches are supposed to positively impact players lives. In 31 years I’ve seen some great ones who do & they stand out. But sadly more today who are in this game for their own benefit. They forget fast. They are supposed to develop their players. Actions not words!

🏈 Game Day!🏈
Glad to have made it to campus for a great college football Saturday. Homecoming tailgating and a huge conference win for the Panthers! I want to thank @CoachChuckEhret for having me down for a game day visit. #lagrangepanthers
The game has changed. Highschool coaches need to get back to this! Stop name dropping and lose the egos. Get back to developing players and young men. It’s always been about developing young men.
It’s creeping into coaching. You “young coaches” can’t carry that with you. Work hard and pay your dues. If you coach for glory, find a new profession. Coach to make these student athletes better men. Solve the problem. Don’t contribute to it.
Coaches/players pursue wins which is the nature of the sport but it’s about being a good person. Implement what you preach because wins end and you’ll be nothing but a player/coach who was all talk. #workedwiththem
Been around those with standards and those who win at all cost. The latter is ruining the profession.
