Really enjoyed @RatRaceHQ's #Runstock at the weekend.
A great weekend's #camping and #running, and genuinely amazed and inspired by 7 and 10 year old Alex and Alfie's 35km efforts (7 laps each) 💪

Any @CovWarksLeague 2018/19 under 8 teams have space for a goalkeeper?

Saturday's @UrbanRevOCR was awesome, despite not feeling 100%.
✔ well organised
✔ great terrain
✔ good variety of quality obstacles
✔ decent weather
Will definitely take this one on again 💪

Had a memorable grown-up-only #birthday weekend in #Warsaw with @brain_jen - filled with walking, coffee, cheesecake, sausages, dumplings, train journeys, mulled wine and Christmas market exploration.

Really #proud of Alfie today (as I am every day). He was super-mature and willing to try doing things differently 😊 teapaw.org/ChrisBrainUX/status/92… – at Coventry, England
Enjoyed Friday's re-opening of #Liverpool's @WestApproaches. Fantastic insight for Alfie's @CliffordBridge #WW2 POWer Project. #halfterm – at Liverpool, England
If I learnt anything at @SpartanRace yesterday, it's that I enjoy obstacles and running a hell of a lot more than #burpees
#OCR – at Bagshot, South East
