Your expectations
Your plan
Your unwavering belief in them
The challenges
The outcome you want
The real truth
The consequences of bad choices
That you truly care about them

"The edge is in the inputs.
The person who consumes from better sources, gets better thoughts. The person who asks better questions, gets better answers. The person who builds better habits, gets better results.
It's not the outcomes. It's the inputs."

James Boyd has done great work turning the @Ottawa67sHockey into an elite program. On top of that he's won back2back WJC Gold 🏅. Gotta think the NHL will come calling this summer. – at Ottawa, Ontario

Coaches know you aren’t all in when you:
Act like you’re above others
Make excuses
Don’t listen with ears/eyes
Whine
Shut down when coached
Don’t communicate
Think rules don’t apply to you
Don’t do extra work
Pout when subbed/benched
Don’t support teammates
Play for “me”, not we
Rip. Loved seeing him at the Yardman all the time
A sad day in the Quinte region as Johnny Wilson, better known as the cymbal guy, passed away. He was a fixture of going to Bulls games when I was younger & then would be seen regularly at @OJHLGoldenHawks & @OJHLDukes. He was never short on a costume, or a smile.
