🗣️ “I was FIRED UP…Even still when I talk about it I get hyped up because I can still picture it and think, ‘No way…’” My conversation with Northwest High School coach Chris Capeau on his work to get Cooper Lutkenhaus to 1:42.27 — U18 world record, No. 4 on the U.S. all-time list, No. 18 in history 🌎 — to qualify for the World Championships at 16 years old. We talk about training, his background, whether there’s pressure with handling this generational talent and much more. 🎧 open.spotify.com/episode/6pG… Here’s his reaction to watching the final 👇
