#CoachingTip The best gift you can give someone you’re responsible for helping to grow is honesty. If you’re enabling bad habits, behavior or allowing players to do things half way on or off the field, because they are good players, you are crippling them long term. Athletes are often given passes, men in society are not. It’s your responsibility as a coach to help prepare them for what they will ultimately become in life. #Ap2w
