I’ve watched this 50 times.

It doesn’t matter how famous you are, how much money you make or what you do for a living. You can be one of the most recognizable people in the world. You can have all the success, awards and accomplishments anyone could dream of. But at the end of the day, there’s someone who doesn’t care about any of that. Someone who looks at you like you’re their whole world. Who thinks you walk on water. Who just wants your time, your hugs and to know you’re there. They don’t call you famous. They don’t call you successful. They just call you Dad. ❤️ And that’s the most important title any man will ever have.

Nobody knows when their moment is coming. You prepare for it anyway. When the game, your teammates, and everything you've worked for come down to one opportunity, preparation becomes belief.

Great coaches don’t give you what feels good. They give you what growth requires: Truth. Standards. Accountability. Because comfort has never created greatness.

Be a leader, not a follower. Don’t be afraid to go against the grain. Always choose the right path in life, no matter how unpopular it is.

Everybody wants to be elite until they realize how boring becoming elite can be. Same drills. Same details. Same work. Over and over again. That’s the separator.

The weight room is about RESPECT. If you miss workouts, or are late, you disrespect your coaches and teammates, and the importance of training. And you are a distraction to those doing things right.
