"How we play is f**king violent. Its our brand of Football. We're gonna have to take these guys and grab them by the f**king neck. Take them to the fourth quarter. They can't play with you for four quarters."

Double teams are about vertical movement.
Pop the shoulder.
Play long.
Work up to the linebacker.
Versus the G, the guard cannot be in a hurry and get flat.
Brace step.
Then get vertical.
Stop penetration now, give the center time to get his hat over, and create the play-side space.

Set the depth of the pocket.
Interior guys hold the post and stay firm.
Center stays square in the cylinder.
Tackle angle sets to keep contact away from the QB.
Set. Reset. Coordinate the feet.
Be ready to handle movement, pressure, and power.
