This young man had 29 TFL’s and 15 Sacks this year en route to an 11-0 season and a state championship. The best part is, he’s only a junior.
Class of 2026 6'4 230lb TE/DE - 11-0 B class state champs. It's such a fun team to be a part of. I can't wait for next year already. Here are my full-season highlights.

Another day at Portland High where we had zero players late to a class. On days like this I know we are going to have a phenomenal practice. I’m so proud of the boys.
Before we can TRULY get to our BEST, we have to make sure we are doing everything we can to uphold the standard.
Alex Martin #5 - Special player
College coaches - Alex is an instinctual of a football player as they come. 215 all purpose yards per game helping lead our team to a 3-0 record, while averaging 11.29 yards per touch. One of the top defensive players in the state as well.

NEW: @PHS_BulldogsFB is ready to roll under first-year head coach Dylan Rottkov — but replacing Cordell Jones (2,232 all-purpose yards, 29 TDs) is a tall order👀
Alex Martin at nine different positions? The Bulldogs are built different. Eight wins incoming — but Thornton Academy stands between them and a state title.
