FAU entered Saturday night with just 2 kick-off return touchdowns in program history. They had 2 in the first quarter alone against Texas Southern 😱

James Pierre is one of the best FAU-to-NFL stories program history. - Loses 2020 Pro Day because of pandemic and goes undrafted. - Signs with the Steelers, cracks the 53, and becomes a special teams mainstay. - Spends 2024-25 alternating between practice squad and 53. - Signs a two-year deal with $3.5 million guaranteed in Minnesota. - Finally getting regular reps at cornerback - 14 tackles and a pick so far in Minnesota.
