Matt Silberman is one of the most underrated coaches in the country. The impact he’s had on pitchers and the work he continues to do at DBU deserve a lot more recognition. Players know when a coach is invested in helping them get better—and Matt is the real deal.

🚨 THE MOST UNDERRATED COACHES IN ALL OF COLLEGE BASEBALL 🚨 Next up: Matt Silberman @matt_silberman7, pitching coach at Dallas Baptist. He’s helped build record-setting staffs, develop all-conference pitchers, and bring a data-driven approach to player development. Here’s why his track record deserves more attention. 🧵

I’ve had the opportunity to witness this young man develop in the game. From our “hitting lesson days” as a youngster, to developing as a college player, learning the college game as a coach and now as a head high school coach. Excited for you Patrick. @pmacdonald22

Congrats to Coach Grajeda for the new gig! Big time hire! Hard to replace a top tier coach like Coach Austin. But CV is going to keep firing and winning with Ralph at the helm. Look forward to a continued BlackHawk/Owl pipeline!
