Windham, thank you. You are and always will be my dream job. Now it’s time for me to put my biggest (and coincidentally my littlest) fans first. Always a Jaguar. 🐾🏀❤️

A heartfelt thank you to our Seniors: Ella, Maggie, Syd, Dre & Bridget and their families for everything they've done for our program over the last four years. Best of luck to each moving forward. And to our returning players, the work never ends and the goal remains the same ...

Leaders, be a fan of those you lead.
Encourage them.
Listen to them.
Cheer them on.
Fight for them.
Celebrate them.
Believe in them.
I’ve cried more than I can count during these Olympics. The victories, the videos of their families reactions, the utmost respect for what each & every athlete has put into their craft. But, damn, the way they “fail” with such grace & lift each other up. We need more of this.
Still speechless from this weekend. I didn’t know it was possible, but I have an even more profound respect for all the women and men involved in this beautiful game. A weekend I will never forget 🏀❤️

Freshening up our record books
What a performance from @sarahdempsey_12 last night!
Program record 39 PTS, 16-19 FG (7-7 FT)
Her 39-point effort also marks the fifth highest scoring output by an @NCAADIII student-athlete this season without attempting a 3-point field goal
Unreal.

My favorite advice is to talk to yourself instead of listen to yourself.
Don’t listen to the negative thoughts telling you that you can’t accomplish your goal.
Instead, tell yourself what to do, what you will accomplish and what you will become.
Fuel your journey with positivity and watch your success unfold. 💪
