Week 10 Receiver Spotlight:
Level 1 | WIAA Division 4 Playoffs
@CollinChrist4
7 REC / 84 YDS / 1 TD
I’ve been waiting 10 weeks to recognize this guy! Collin was a First Team All-Conference wide receiver in the Capitol in 2025, and he’s still that dude!
He shares catches with four other outstanding WRs, but what sets him apart is his ability and willingness to block for his teammates and break tackles after the catch.
Look up DAWG, and you’ll find Collin!

One of our best has found his next home! Countless hours of hard work and dedication have paid off for @stelter44246! We’re excited to see him in L-Cat blue for one more season before he heads to UW-Eau Claire! Congrats, Max! Well deserved! ⚾️🎱

Our Dends are the backbone of our defense. JP is our best one. Motor never stops. Great first step, strong, physical, violent hands, technician, process driven, and a great leader.

Collin is a sledgehammer at receiver. Dude is hard to take down at first contact, faster than he looks on film, and turns little plays into big ones. He's nasty at run blocking, probably the best I've ever seen blocking as a receiver.
Not only does he play Z for me, but he also plays OLB (10 Tkls, 2 TFL, 2 PD, 1 INT), and he is the team's long snapper.

I need to find more ways to get him the football. Does the most with the limited touches he gets! Absolute horse to try to tackle and blocks his tail off. Selfless player!

Can play both sides of the ball.

You can have a losing season and still be building a great program.
You can be undefeated and still fall short of what your program is capable of becoming.
The result and the score do not determine success. The standard is the standard.
You play to reach it.
You coach to reach it.
You lead to reach it.
The goal is to maximize every player and every coach in your program to get the most out of the people in your building every single day.
There are coaches and players who get more out of their teams at 5-4 than some teams get out of themselves at 9-0.
Most people see the record.
Most people see the score.
The real ones see the standard.
They see the growth.
They see the discipline.
They see the accountability.
They see the effort when nobody is watching.
They see whether a team became everything it was capable of becoming. This is the goal.
