There are amazing names on this list, but on “National Coaches Day” probably need a graphic that shows @Coachgaitley is the 6th winningest active DI head coach ‼️
Oh ya, with 757 wins! Just saying 🤷🏽♂️
🚨: Here are the 25 winningest active head coaches in women’s college basketball entering the 2026–27 season.
Geno Auriemma leads the list with a .886 career winning percentage, followed by Kim Mulkey (.858) and Molly Miller (.829).
The list includes active Division I head coaches with a minimum of five years as a Division I head coach, with career records from four-year colleges only.
This was a must attend and an opportunity to learn from one of the best leaders of all time! @Coachgaitley
FDU Coach, Stephanie Gaitley, was the keynote speaker yesterday alongside university Provost, Dr. Benjamin Rifkin, at the Student Leadership Development Day.
Coach Gaitley shared insights of her 40 year head coaching career and the leadership lessons learned.

The drive for a third straight championship hasn’t stopped as FDU retools in light of carnage caused by the transfer portal.
As Stephanie Gaitley told @rfloriani, “I’m just excited about what I see.”
