Excited to take part in this clinic and share some knowledge; as well as hear from the other speakers and coaches. 💪🏼

We have been working hard to get this off the ground running and here it is mustangs 💪🏼 want to recover better, repair after your workout and build muscle?! Here is your chance to get a high quality protein shake here in the soon to be remodeled weight room. Level up you performance and dominate on the field/court.

Thank you for all your hard work, dedication and trusting the process. I'm proud of you and when we had a choice to make to playboy safe and keep third or go for a state berth; you wanted to go for it. Great things are coming your way and we will be at state next year 💪🏼

Gave this young man a goal and we have been working hard to push above them. Hard hitting safety that will come down and punish anyone on that field. Might keep the opposing teams AT’s a little busy next year 💪🏼🥊

This young man has been grinding this off-season and has only gotten stronger. Look for him to have a break out junior season next year…..built like a brick house and running through the defense like a runaway train 💪🏼🧱🚂

Congrats big fella. You deserve the honors. Great student athlete and ball player. Nasty in the trenches and gets after it in the weightroom 💪🏼 I will miss your presence at the racks.

Great way to end the day with freshman football @MHSFootball25 and @MustangVBall getting after it in the weight room. Gotta love having up to 96 athletes in the Athletic Performance Center getting better today. Two programs with undefeated district championships lifting in the same place 🐎💪🏼 @MHSStrength @MHSMustangsBC

Looks like I can finally reveal what we have been working on at Memorial HS. It’s time to make some upgrades to equipment, flooring and do a little facelift! Excited to be working with @Sorinex on this design and can’t wait to see the final product in May of ‘26 @MHSMustangsBC @MHSStrength @CoachHaack09 #redreign #horsepower
