🏈NEW: Every football coach says he'll "win the state" and recruit Utah. @KjarEric did when he was hired @weberstatefb, like many have
But 1 recruiting cycle in, Kjar has kept that commitment
Kjar detailed why, and breaking down Weber State's numbers ⤵️

Coaches, what are some of your favorite team building activities you’ve done?
Additionally, what have you done for your seniors in regard to leadership/team building/responsibility?

The Cleveland Browns tried to destroy Baker Mayfield’s NFL career and reputation after he helped them end the NFL’s longest post season drought and win their first playoff game in 26 years.
They said they wanted an “adult” in the room.
Now Baker is the Franchise QB for the Tampa Bay Bucs after playing for the Panthers and the Rams during a 2 year sabbatical.
He never gave up. He never lost sight of who he was. This year he threw for a career high in TD passes, passing yards, yards per attempt and Passer Rating and has the Bucs in the playoffs right now.
Turns out he was the “adult” in the room and Cleveland is still searching for their Franchise QB.
“The announcers will surely know the difference between play action and an RPO, correct?”
“They will not. Everything is an RPO”

To be in the College Football Hall of Fame, a coach must have won at least 60% of his games. Mike Leach won 59.6%.
RT if you think Mike Leach should still be included in the College Football Hall of Fame
✅ Camp
We got better each day this week. Topped it off with a successful shotgun scrimmage this morning.
Most importantly, we stayed healthy. No significant injuries.
Still got a mountain to climb and a lot to get better at, but I like where we’re headed and the team buy-in.
Congrats homie! Stoked for you!!
