Coach L. Jackson

This is what it’s supposed to look like. JUCO isn’t the ceiling — it’s the connector. When players leave here and sign at the next level, that means the work translated. The film matched. The grades held up. The habits traveled. I’m so proud of these young ladies who have earned another opportunity. @Cam_DaCosta2 @ballleeerrZ @JLanders15_ @talasiaaa3 @ChattValleyWbb

THROWBACK!!!! @asia_scoop

Coaching nowadays is tough but the ones who were made for this will stay the course. #FromtheJUCOBench

Sheesh

This is a great reminder

Mental toughness requires emotional intelligence…that goes for us too GROWN PEOPLE! #FromtheJUCOBench

You CANNOT play this game unless you handle the ball. Guys, I know it’s not the most glamorous workout but you better learn how to dribble if you’re wanting to play on the next level. And stop with the cones, get you a real person in front of you! #FromtheJUCOBench

Have seen so many “coaches” who have a problem with doing this. 🤷🏽‍♀️

High school coaches, if it is at all possible, make sure your players have had some type of weight program. Saying that they are a college player and never lifted weights is crazy! #FromtheJUCOBench

Man, no you didn’t!!! 🫣

That’s it

Almost that time…let the work you’ve put in speak for itself. Have a great season! #FromtheJUCOBench

Round of applause to you 👏🏽 God sees you even when no-one celebrates you. Keep showing up…your reward is already in motion. #FromtheJUCOBench

When you think you’ve learned all you need to know, don’t you ever stop learning. You can learn so much more if you pay attention. #FromtheJUCOBench

Being a JUCO coach brings awareness to things I never saw as a player, parent or high school/travel ball coach. Expectations, development, recruiting, logistics, etc… it’s interesting here. #FromtheJUCOBench
