"Your role is not who you are, and it's not what you are capable of.
It's what your team needs you to do to win.
It's not a limitation."
A good teammate will never be defined by their role.
A good teammate will be defined by their willingness to excel in that role.

Brent Venables said, "You're going to get what you earn. You're going to pay full price."
"We're going to have the kind of season that we pay for in April and March."
You have to show up and do the work when 99% of people aren't watching. That's when success is created.
• It takes commitment.
• It takes consistency.
• It takes discipline.

Kirby Smart said, "We don't run from work, our kids don't run from work."
"As long as you don't have entitlement in your program, you got a shot."
Entitlement is the enemy of hard work.
It's the delusion of expectation without effort.
