Two ways to get better at trusting the process:
1. Turn off the shot clock.
2. Run your own race.

My guy B9 makes plays when we need it most!!!! Got that “it” factor!!!!!!
Finished the regular season with 47 receptions, 628 yards, and 7 TD’s! We’re 10-0 and are region 2 champs! Job’s not finished but I couldn’t be more grateful to be apart of this team!

You don’t overcome uncertainty by knowing what happens next. You overcome uncertainty by knowing who you are and how you’re going to show up no matter what happens next.
I like to use this 2 back set with our slots, especially in man coverage. Motion the slot, if defense doesn't adjust throw it out to them. If they move with the motion run it... we had inside zone called here.

I think 2 back can be really effective, especially with the matchups you can get.
Here we tempo to 2-back, peel motion, if the QB likes the matchup he can take it, or come back to the RB. We want RB vs CB whenever we can.

The more you pray the greater your capacity to lead and overcome challenges. A praying leader is a more positive and effective leader.
Feed your mind with positivity! Believe in yourself, and in those around you! The story you consistently tell yourself directs your thoughts and behaviors, so make sure you’re heading in the right direction!

I wish someone would have told me to love the battle when I was a three-year starter in college but fear and worry kept me from enjoying the game.
Now I teach what I needed to hear then: love competing. Love the moment. Love the opportunity. Love the battle.
The more you focus on love, fear fades away.
Try it and pass it on to someone who is letting fear win.
Thanks to @PatMcAfeeShow for having me on and letting me share.

Coaching Truths:
Correct what happened without labeling who someone is.
“You missed the assignment” gives them something to fix.
“You're lazy” gives them something to defend.
