College athletics has changed. Tradition still matters, but teams are building their rosters year after year. Some seasons will be up, some down. As Lou Holtz said (& I’m adapting) “nothing is as good or as bad as it seems. The truth usually falls somewhere in the middle.”

“Father, thank U that U see the big picture for my life & make all things serve me for my good. Thank U for the assurance in my heart that Your ways are always better than my ways. I declare that I am going to stay in peace &trust that U are working out Your plan for my life.” JO

“Father, thank You that I can come to You for all the approval and love that I need to live securely today. Thank You that You call me a masterpiece and that I have no reason to look to anyone else to affirm or validate me. I’m going to be the best I can be by Your grace.” JO

“Father, thank You that You are the Source of every good thing in my life. Thank You that You are blessing me abundantly so that I always have what I need to abound in every good work. I want to live today with an attitude of obedience that leads to miracles.” JO

“Father, thank U for the promise to bless me right where I am, even when I face opposition &hardships.I believe that Y will multiply me even in the midst of famine &make me an example of Your goodness to others.I declare that I will keep doing the right thing &avoid conflict.” JO

“Father, thank You that there is a purpose in the difficulties I experience whether I understand it or not. Thank You that You are preparing me & making me stronger & growing me up. I declare that I will count it all joy and look forward to the greater things You have for me.” JO
