Ok I’m not looking for views here… First glance will draw attention to the dumpster fire that is HS unsportmanship in FL right now ☹️ Here this… HS sports programs NEED higher standards and supports! We can’t pretend things will change unless we do! 🛎️🛎️🛎️ @FHSAA @EducationFL

A massive brawl took place between Deltona and Matanzas after Deltona’s 21-12 victory. It was brewing all game, and it boiled over in the handshake line.

Stay in coaching long enough and you realize X’s and O’s are the easy part. Communication, culture, adaptability, and seeing things as they are matter more than scheme ever will. Scheme doesn’t always win Friday. Sometimes the other stuff has to.

Linebackers: They might be telling you you’re too small, or too slow, or too short. Don’t listen. Put in the work, be RELENTLESS on the field, and let your play do the talking.

Transparency builds trust. When players know exactly where they stand, what they're doing well & what they need to improve, growth accelerates. A clear Improvement Plan gives them direction, accountability & confidence. Coaching isn't about guessing, it's about communicating. – at Pembroke Pines, FL

Most Linebackers love learning new drills. Elite Linebackers love mastering old ones.
