Tip Hayes is incredible. She retired three years ago. Came back and now lead her team to a finals win…
At age 37
In 07 my HS played against Winter Haven. Widely known as the 2 best teams in FL or at least in Central FL
My dream school (won’t name names) was in attendance and saw Tip absolutely THRASH me.
On the bus ride home they called me to tell me they were no longer recruiting me

PLAYERS: When coach doesn't play you, they aren't disrespecting you or hating on you. They may just be respecting your teammates and loving the team. Good coaches play the players who make up the best team and who are the most trusted team members. Be that kind of teammate.
