Just a reminder to my high school football followers to not skip any weight room workouts this summer.

If you coach a spring sport and the last time they saw the S&C was December, you can’t blame the S&C for your team being “weak” or not “explosive”.
It’s 2026, all athletes MUST train year-round.
Especially if you have a qualified S&C!
Hes got a little Mariemont Blue in him still too!!! Congratulations!!!!!

Urban Meyer says the quiet part out loud.
Be the best player on your high school team first.
Development > camps.
Mastery > 7-on-7 trophies.
College coaches recruit game tape, not weekends.

HS football players. If you’re NOT playing another sport, there is no excuse why you shouldn’t be redefining everything in the weight room right now . These months before spring ball are crucial to your overall physical development. LETS GET READY NOW TO DOMINATE LATER!
