The sooner players and parents understand that, the better decisions they’ll make.
Coaches are managing rosters.
Schools are managing budgets.
Recruiters are managing needs.
The best athlete doesn’t always get the offer.
The athlete who fits the need, solves a problem, and markets himself often does.
Treat your recruiting process like a business, not a fantasy.
