Hey all! You’re missed by all the coaches! Below is the sprint workout 3 sets/20 sec reps/2min rest between sets Single leg hops Burpees High knees Push ups Jumping jacks Then 2 sets of 3x15 sec flat sprints @ 90% 1min rest between each rep 3 min rest between set Stay Safe!
