Staff pickleball club…Halloween costume edition! #PhysEd IYKYK 🦬🏈🎃

I love seeing students collaborate and work together to come up with a cardio drumming routine! Lots of great communication and creative ideas! 🥁 #physed #elempe #cardiodrumming

One of my favorite 🏀 games. Money in the bank.3 different level shots…$5,$10,$20. If S makes it, go to the bank to get money. Ss are trying to get the most $ but they want the fewest amount of bills. If they have two $5s, trade it in for one $10.High engagement!#physed #elempe

All my Nickelodeon dreams came true today! 😆 My principal and I got slimed bc we beat our fundraising goal for our school jog-a-thon!

Cosmic bowling in PE…what a day!!! 🎳 I don’t know who had more fun, me, @joefish620, or the students!!!! 😃😎 #physed #elempe #pegeek

This is one of my favorite video clips to “hook” students when talking about teamwork! It always leads to great turn and talk conversation before we get started with team building challenges. #physed #elempe #teamwork #pegeek youtu.be/m5Mj1gM67Mc

Some of my favorite team challenges are 1. Secret Maze 2. Hula Huts 3. Cup Carry 4. Pipeline Challenge. #elemPE #physed #pegeek #teambuilding

Crack the Code!Ss work together to figure out the combination to a padlock.Students write down 3 #s, run to those numbered cones, do 2 jumping jacks, then check in with T to see if their combination is correct.Rinse & repeat!High engagement & collaboration!#physed #elemPE 💪🏼

Still riding high from Field Day! I even had some special guests this year…my sweet nephews from California. Grateful to have THE BEST JOB EVER!☀️💦💪🏼🏃🏽‍♀️#physed #FieldDay

Ready to rock & roll with my new @Scosche @HeartTechPlus1 heart rate monitors.🫀Got my charging cart ready, and I can’t wait to get students using them! Thanks @HeartTechPlus1 & @DavidYonkie for the hook up and support! #elempe #physed #pegeek #MVPA

Used our @BlazePodfrx this week for a balance station. Students loved the “wack a mole” type game while having to balance on the bosu ball and working on core stabilization. 🤙🏼#physed #elementarype #pegeek

Anyone have a hole in the middle of your gym floor that is used for volleyball poles? Take the cap off and it works great for putting! ⛳️ #physed #elementaryPE #pegeek

It was a fun first day back with Ss! We played Rock, Paper, Scissors Olympics and it was a hit! Ss start in the bronze level, and move up a level if they win. If a student wins in gold they earn a gold medal at the medal podium! 🥇🥈🥉 #physed #elemPE #pegeeks #elementaryPE

My tried and true system for the restroom/water! Pumped to be able to use it again this year. Ss can go the 🚽/💦 when 🎶 is on. Tap the light when you exit. Turn off when you return. If both lights are on, you have to wait. Easy to wipe down at the end of class. #physed #elempe

Have a die-cutter at school? I got some adhesive book cover material from the Dollar Tree and was able to make vinyl stickers for my white board. Super easy and super cheap! #physed #elemPE #pegeeks #elementarype

Under/Over baseball with a floating tee! ⚾️ Great way to work on striking skills and teamwork at the same time! #physed #pegeek #physicaleducation

I love doing jump rope ninja in #physed. It’s a fun way to provide students w/ the opportunity of a self paced challenge & work on perseverance. Years past, Ss would put a sticker on the belt they earned and write their name. This year I used @padlet w/ my remote Ss! 👍🏼 #pegeek
