Expanding on my tweet from yesterday, I put together recruiting questions I have been asked over the past couple years. I have been in direct contact with coaches at all levels, and they all ask the same things. Your character and work ethic matter MOST!

Absolutely incredible morning! My amazing wife and I took the next step in our faith by getting baptized! I was also surprised by some of our players showing up for us on this big day! We are truly blessed! All glory to God!
I may not agree with Charlie Kirk politically, but there should never be room for violence in a democracy. We can hold different beliefs and still respect one another’s humanity. Differences should be met with dialogue, not hate.
Man, I miss these ladies
So it’s #run4roses time! Throwback to when Sara and her NRV Storm girls brought home the championship in their division. Their banner will live on for years!
All the best to you girls out there chasing the dream!
@CoachQ____!!! What a ride!

I talk about my brother, @brittenoli, a lot to my players. He’s my biggest inspiration and supporter. Take a listen…
