"The standard creates the culture." @ChristianYelich
When coaches enforce it, it's a rule.
When players own it, it's a standard.
When everyone lives it, it's a culture.
Culture isn't built by what you preach.
It's built by what you practice.

Your mentality is what's gonna take u where u want to go. Don't bend, break or crumble. Pressure is what's needed for u to develop into what & who u want to be. Apply it & don't allow the world's pressure to provoke u. Your mentality will be the weapon u need. Let's go. #CoachPrime

I talk about this all the time.
Football is football.
Young coaches should cut their teeth calling plays at the JV/YOUTH level so they can knock it out of the park when that Varsity job shows up.
I had 70+ JV/YOUTH games under my belt before I called my first varsity game

Re-signing Alex Singleton might genuinely be the worst move that any team made this offseason. He's an embarrassment.

You've got to do what you've got to do in order to do what u want to do! It’s a Sacrifice. You're not supposed to like & enjoy the sacrifices but it's for reason. There will be a day u look back & understand why u had to go thru what u went thru to get to the prize. #COACHPRIME
