There probably isn't a skill player in the state having a more dominant year in all three phases than Huntington Beach (Calif.) ATH Dylin Bruce
Bruce remains solid with Arizona State but a pair of top-20 programs, one close to home and an SEC blue blood, haven't backed off

I know people are quick to dismiss postgame interviews as not worth the time, but I loved hearing from Rodgers here.
He took time to credit his teammates, answered in depth and thoughtfully, and it’s good TV.

First couple of weekends of football. I'm not talking about any particular case, you can do everything well and still have an injury. But we have to train them to be hard rubber, not glass, to survive contact. When you value strength over mobility bad stuff happens.
