Most football staffs don’t fail because of talent.
They fail because:
• No clear structure
• No defined roles
• No consistent communication
So I built a Coaching Staff Manual and I’m giving it to every coach 👇
If you want it:
1. Follow @GridironHQ
2. Like + Repost
3. Comment “MANUAL”
I’ll send you the copyable version.

As an OC you have to accept that you will be in the most critiqued position on staff. Everyone thinks they can call plays and that it’s easy. In reality it’s one of the hardest coaching positions in all of sports. But that’s also what makes it one of the most fun positions.

Tom Brady replaced Drew Bledsoe and won a Super Bowl.
Kurt Warner replaced Trent Green and won a Super Bowl.
Nick Foles replaced Michael Vick, and won a Super Bowl.
Why not #Broncos Jarrett Stidham, right?
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Nick Foles replaced Carson Wentz during the 2017 season after Wentz suffered a season ending ACL tear in week 14 against the Los Angeles Rams. Foles would go on and lead the Eagles to a Super Bowl LII victory
