Strength & conditioning teaches character, effort, teamwork, perseverance and provides shared experiences. It's more than working out.

Just got off the phone with a college coach talking about recruiting and what they look for besides a players on field abilities. Few big things that are the most obvious besides academics...
1. Character
2. Work ethic
3. Responsibility
It's pretty simple. Be a good dude! – at Mobile, AL

PLAYERS: Verbal leadership doesn't always have to be rah-rah. If you can talk, then you can be a verbal leader. Any player can ENCOURAGE, INFORM, or REMIND their teammates of the standards, expectations, and goals.

THIS IS THE LAST SATURDAY OF THE YEAR WITHOUT COLLEGE FOOTBALL‼️
WE MADE IT 🙌
Went 3-1 at our 6th Annual Webb Invitational this weekend. Our girls showed so much grit and determination defeating Cane Ridge, LaVergne and Mt Juliet Christian and left it all on the court against a very talented James Lawson. We played four matches against strong competition

If you’re a high school athlete who actually wants to play in college — here’s how much time you really have:
Freshmen — 1,350 days left
Sophomores — 1,000 days left
Juniors — 600 days left
Seniors — 250 days left
That’s it.
Every day you skip lifts… every rep you coast through… every night you choose Xbox over sleep…
You’re burning days off that clock.
No one is waiting for you. No one is giving you extra time.
Build your floor. Chase your ceiling.
Yes LB!!!!
